Our Requests

  • Details (STILL SO MANY DETAILS)

  • For friends and a good community in our new “home,” especially for the kids. Many friendships have already begun. Pray that these will continue to deepen and develop

  • For our Thai daughters who are having a hard time with our leaving

  • That we will continue to find good deals on the remaining items needed for our house

  • For wisdom in all the decisions around internet, health insurance, getting our daughters licensed, etc.

  • Finances for all of our needs.

  • That our time at Missions Orientation at ABWE goes well and is encouraging.

Praise:

  • A family has rented our house in Thailand and purchased a lot of our household items. This saves us from needing to move everything out of our house before we leave.

  • We were able to donate a lot of our leftover items to the boys’ safe house being purchased by the school we volunteer with because the people moving into our house allowed us to leave those items until the safe house is open.

  • We found a house to rent in Cedarville with wonderful landlords

  • We have good neighbors

  • We have purchased a car and insurance

  • Our dog traveled well, and everything went smoothly with her

  • We have found many good deals on items to restock our house in the USA

  • We have been able to make some good connections for sharing our ministry at the pastor’s conference and elsewhere.

  • Our shipment is on its way and should arrive in early August
